Jake Norman
LEAD PASTOR
Jake grew up in the North Little Rock area and graduated from NLR West Campus in 1997. He graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway, AR with his Bachelors degree in 2002. He and his wife Hailey have been married over 25 years and have 6 children and one grandson. There journey in ministry together started in Arkansas and then carried them to Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and a stop in Oregon along the way as well.
Mechelle Harris
OFFICE MANAGER
Mechelle retired after 29 years working in a variety of positions for the federal government. Her and her husband Michael have been married over 50 years and have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. They have been a part of our church family for over 10 years.
Hailey Norman
WORSHIP AND CHILDREN'S MINISTRY LEADER
Hailey grew up in Honduras, where her family served as missionaries for about 10 years. Her and her husband, Jake, have been married over 25 years and have six kids and one grandson. Their journey in ministry together started in Arkansas and carried them to Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and a stop in Oregon along the way. Fun fact...she is bi-lingual.

Mark and Karen have been a part of our church family for many years and help keep our facilities cleaned and ready for our gatherings.

We are looking for the right person to join our team and help make disciples of the next generation. This person will be directly working with teens and college age students while providing some oversight to our children's ministry team.
