The Tree of Life

The Cross of Jesus

Both the tree and the river are pictures of the life that Jesus offers you. We believe that the one and only way to receive the promised abundant life that Jesus offers is through putting your faith and hope in the truth that Jesus came down from Heaven and gave His life in your place. He came because your sin separates you from God. God loves you so much that He doesn't want you to live separated from Him. Your own attempts to climb out of the hole and make yourself right with God always fall short. Instead of asking you to reach up to Him, God decided to reach down to you out of love. We often call this the Gospel. John chapter 3 verse 16 quickly summarizes this Good News.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
We believe that this abundant life that Jesus promises gives you eternal life and should also change your life here and now.
